How the hiring process works

Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in and have completed and submitted an application — and passed the initial screening — the next steps must be climbed in succession before you can join our team. Here’s the order in which the process happens:


A recruiter will reach out for a phone interview.


You’ll be asked to come to our office for at least one in-person interview.


We’ll check your references.


A job offer will be made.


You’ll be asked to complete onboarding paperwork (background check, drug screen, etc.) prior to your first day.


You’ll start your new position at Insight.
